Training Classes
C3Shape offers six-week sessions of circuit, core, and power training. These are coed, multilevel classes using tools including jumpropes, resistance bands, medicine balls, and boxing gloves. Classes are donation only!

Coed League Team Sports
C3Shape joins coed leagues around the city to participate in team sports. If you’re interested in Beach Volleyball in the summer or Flag Football in the fall, email C3Shape.

Social Excursions
Stay fit while having fun! C3Shape organizes periodic social excursions, such as kayaking, salsa dancing, hiking or paint-balling to help you succeed at being the most efficient you. Join up with C3Shape on Facebook for continual updates and watch the Events page to see what’s coming up.

Cycling Groups
We have started a new cycling group called C3 Ride! C3 Ride meets on a weekly basis for rides in Brooklyn and Manhattan. The group’s aim is to have a healthy balance of riding and connecting people with a love of cycling and staying fit. C3 Ride also participates in cycling events in and around the city.

Everyone’s welcome - beginners and experienced riders alike!
